FAQ
How do I wash my denim?
Great news - high quality denim doesn't need to be washed! Just pop your item in the freezer for a couple of hours to sanitize and refresh. Spot wash for stains and in dire situations we recommend gentle hand wash and air dry only - avoid heat, soaking and bleach. Do not iron directly over painted areas. That's some risky business.
What fabrics can be painted?
Heavy denim is best. We do not accept stretchy items as the paint will crack and make us sad, so unfortunately no skinny jeans or leather - heavy linen/canvas items are fine, but if you're unsure simply send us a pic!
How much will it cost?
Custom work starts at $350 but may vary depending on your item and request. We do not cover the cost of postage to receive your item (address supplied upon confirmation) but return to you is free of charge. For bulk orders (company logo, band name, bridal party etc.) you can expect a discount - just email us for a quote.
How long does it take?
We will provide an official time with your request, but generally speaking custom pieces are done in 2-3 weeks (excl. shipping). In some cases it may take up to 6 weeks - as every item is handpainted, one of a kind and very much worth the wait. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Australia wide is FREE! We use Australia post standard, please allow 7-10 business days.
International shipping is calculated at checkout ($30 for denim, $40 for pots, $2 for stickers) please allow an extra 4-6 weeks.
No returns or exchanges. If you run into any problems don't hesitate to email us and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
We do not under any circumstances tolerate racist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic or misogynistic requests and maintain the right to refuse any orders that we feel to be offensive or inappropriate.
